Notre appartement d'une superficie de 75 m2 situé Boulevard du Sablier au 2e avec ascenseur d'une résidence récente et de haut standing. Particulièrement lumineux grâce à ses nombreuses ouvertures, c'est le pied à terre idéal pour un séjour à Marseille.
Le logement se compose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée ouverte sur une grande pièce et une grande terrasse qui offre une vue magnifique sur les collines des Calanques de Marseille. La terrasse est particulièrement agréable pour vous reposer et vous détendre.
L'espace nuit se compose :
- d'une première chambre avec un lit double et d'une climatisation,
- d'une seconde chambre avec un lit superposé (lit double en bas et lit simple en haut) et d'une climatisation.
Nombreux rangements dans les chambres.
Une place de stationnement privée et sécurisée dans un parking souterrain est disponible.
Vous bénéficierez de tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un super séjour marseillais ! Restaurants et commerces sont à proximité de l'appartement soit dans le quartier soit en direction de la Plage du Prado (800 mètres). Le Parc Borély est à 700 mètres. Le Stade Vélodrome est à 15 min en bus ou 10 min en vélo.
Avec un bail mobilité pour une durée de 1 à 10 mois (étudiant, salarié en formation, salarié en mobilité professionnelle) :
- ménage obligatoire en supplément tous les 15 jours avec remplacement du linge de lit,
- accès à la piscine sur le toit ouverte et chauffée d'avril à octobre, de 7h à 22h.
Cette résidence étant majoritairement occupée par des propriétaires y vivant à l'année, nous vous remercions de bien vouloir en respecter le côté paisible (pas de bruit, pas de fêtes).
Afin de vous offrir le meilleur accueil, nous fournissons le linge de lit pendant toute la durée de votre séjour, y compris les draps, les couvertures, tapis de bain et une serviette de bain par personne. Torchons non inclus. De plus, des kits de bienvenue sont à votre disposition dès votre arrivée, contenant des capsules de café, du sucre, sel, poivre, gel douche, shampoing, papier toilette, liquide vaisselle et une éponge.
Pour confirmer votre réservation un dépôt de garantie doit être effectué via une pré-autorisation sur votre carte bancaire. Ce montant ne sera ni bloqué, ni débité et n'affecte pas le plafond de votre carte bancaire.
