Intracoastal 4 bed 4 bath beautifully decorated home accommodates 12 guests and is perfect for families or multiple couples! It has been completely renovated: gourmet kitchen, 15-foot exposed-beam ceiling, four bathrooms, and new pool. The home boasts a dock for boats and is a short 5 minute walk IRB's famous white sand beaches! Enjoy the amazing waterfront ZERO ENTRY HEATED POOL while your kids fish off the dock. This house is truly amazing! Guests use golf cart, pool, dock and water toys at their own risk.
The home is a short walk to IRB's gorgeous beaches, great restaurants and public transportation.

Indian Rocks Beach is just a 10 minute ride on the beach trolley to John's Pass Village, a large marina, shopping and dining complex that offers a variety of water sports rentals, casino boats and dolphin-watching or sunset cruises. Ten minutes to the north, you'll find another marina and a variety of shops and restaurants at Clearwater Beach, also home to the Clearwater Aquarium, the residence of dolphin movie star Winter from Dolphin Tale.
Enjoy fresh local seafood at the award-winning Salt Rock Grill or casual eateries like Keegan's and Guppy's, watch the sun set over cocktails at The Pub or stop by the iconic Lighthouse Donuts for a quick snack, all just minutes from your vacation home.

Summary: Our family thoroughly enjoyed Bahia Paradise and everything it offered! Our host, Tom, and his assistant, Matthew, made sure our family vacation was truly wonderful! Grandchildren loved the pool and bunk beds! The golf cart was a terrific perk. Tom provides a guidebook that was very handy. Indian Rocks is a great location with the beach being minutes away. We had dolphins swim by our deck in the evenings and even a manatee one morning! Memories last a lifetime and our family will certainly remember Bahia!
