Welcome to our spacious and inviting 3,849 sq ft home, perfect for families and groups! This stunning house features 5 bedrooms, 7 beds, and 3 bathrooms (1 full, 2 half)comfortably sleeping up to 14 guests. Designed for relaxation and entertainment, our home is equipped with modern amenities and plenty of space for everyone.
Main Floor
Living Area: Step into the living area on the left, featuring a Smart TV, an electric fireplace and ample seating space for everyone to unwind.
Bedroom 1: Located on the right side of the house, this cozy room offers a foldable queen bed for 2 guests, a Smart TV, an extra sofa chair, and a closet.
Bedroom 2 (Master Bedroom): Indulge in the luxurious master bedroom, equipped with a king-sized bed for 2 guests, a Smart TV, a sofa chair with a small round table, a large closet, and an ensuite full bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, enclosed shower, toilet, and sink.
Common Half Bathroom: Accessible from the Bedroom 1 hallway and the laundry area, this bathroom includes an enclosed shower, toilet, and sink.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house and all its available amenities. While we won't be available in person, you can reach out to us through the booking platform, text/call, or email. We are very responsive from 8AM to 10PM.
Verification Required: For security purposes, guests are required to provide a photo of a valid ID and credit card (showing only the name matching the reservation and expiration date) before arrival. These documents must be submitted for verification before check-in.
Other things to note
Pool Information:
The pool is not heated. It is serviced every Thursday. Leaves and other natural debris may occasionally blow into the pool. This does not constitute a reason for a refund, provided the pool is safe to swim in. If you notify us, we will be happy to try and arrange for the pool company to service the pool as soon as possible.
Trash Collection and Outside Maintenance:
** The trash collection is every Friday morning. Someone will put the trash bins on the curb the night before collection and return them after collecting the trash.
** We have regularly scheduled landscaping and exterior maintenance on the property.
Inside Fireplace:
The fireplace inside the house is purely ornamental and not functional, designed exclusively for display and décor.
Please note that we do not provide cable TV at the property. However, we have a Smart TV available, so you can easily log in to your favorite streaming services like Netflix, Prime, and more. Perfect for a relaxing escape or a productive work trip, this home is ready to host you!
