Modern rustic ambiance overlooking breathtaking views on 30 acres of lush countryside on the outskirts of Brenham, TX. This barn apartment offers one bedroom, one bathroom with a walk-in shower, a full kitchen, dining and living area. Step outside on the deck for an evening of star gazing in the sweet silence that only the backroads can offer. A perfect escape from the city lights. Easy commute to surrounding towns of Kenney-5 mins, Brenham-10 mins, Bellville-15 mins, Round Top-25 mins.
The apartment is located above a barn so climbing stairs is required to access the home. Full kitchen, living room with sectional, dining room seating 6, 1-king size bed, 1 bathroom with double vanity and walk in shower. Outdoor dining table and sectional on deck.
1) Do not approach, pet or feed the horse, he is for viewing pleasure ONLY.
2) Do not wonder around on the land, you're welcome to enjoy the tree swing next to the barn and the first & second level patios but the rest of the property is not allowed during your stay.
3) Do not enter the first level of the barn, this is for the owner only.
4) Do not approach the horse barn or neighboring home.
5) Please be respectful to surrounding property owners & neighbors, keep noise level down and do not trespass.
