Positive: This house is so cute and fun! The games were a hit with our kiddos and we very much enjoyed the theater! Kitchen was extremely efficient and updated with great features! House location was close to our destination each day, so that was very convenient, and there was a family dollar directly across the street so that was very convenient for items we may have forgotten, like toiletries.
Negative: The location, although convenient, was a bit sketchy and somewhat rough neighborhood. There were a large amount of wandering people that would sit directly in front of the house, but we had no personal issues out of anyone. The parking is a little rough, because you share a driveway and if someone is moving out or loading from their unit, you're forced to wait.
Summary: Super awesome stay with great amenities!
