Positive: Alberto is a star. We had a problem with the booking due to booking.com having changed the description of the property, leading to mismatch with our expectations. Booking did not come through with a solution (they seem to rarely do). Alberto, by contrast did, at his own expense. As he puts it, his job is not only to rent a property, but to solve problems. He is caring, thoughtful and shows an exceptional level of hospitality. a treasure.
Negative: the ZTL traffic limitations that make it hard to get around Padova
