Positive: Villa Lilla has a very nice atmosphere, run by a lovely family who lives on the premises. They run a home restaurant in their garden from Thursday to Sunday, serving excellent pizza. The rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast coupons can be used in a local bakery down the street. They provide you with free bikes, which was really great.
Negative: The location was a bit on the side from the city centre and the area as such is not particularly nice, it's a residential area. However, the little house with the garden is pretty, and there are a few cafes, grocery stores and a gelateria close by. It's also just a few minutes down to the seafront by bike. It's good to remember that a regular breakfast in Italy consists of a coffee and a croissant or pastry, so don't expect a full continental breakfast.
