Positive: We rented a 2-bedroom apartment with a beautiful sea-view (nice sunset). The apartment is spacious to fit 4 people, with a kitchen equipped with what you'll need to prepare your breakfast or lunch. The owner (Giovanni) was very nice, waiting for us late in the evening to give the entrance key, and explain how everything works. There are 3 air conditioning units (one in each room) that worked well in the sweltering heat. Parking garage under the building is free.
Negative: The apartment is located in a building that is in process of being renovated, at the 5th floor, with no elevator. It is not remodeled, so the furnishing and appliances are older, but functional. The pictures posted as description do not correspond entirely, so some may seem deceiving in showing the expected comfort (i.e. our bathroom was older and beat-up but picture showed it remodeled); however, the same owner has several apartments in the building, so some other may be fully renovated, but pictures were mismatched. We had an issue with the shower and bathroom drain but Giovanni was prompt in fixing it within a couple of hours (thanks).
Summary: An excellent location across the beach, close to Falerna's boardwalk with restaurants & shops
