Positive: The apartment totally met our expectations. The hosts were very easy to communicate with, the check-in and check-out were quick, and we were also allowed a late check-out. We were able to leave our luggage there until our departure from the city. The location is excellent, and the view of the Battistero and Santa Maria del Fiore is always amazing. Many shops, restaurants and points of interest are nearby or in walking distance. The apartment was very clean, heated and had everything we needed. There are some stairs to climb as the elevator works only for luggage, so for guests with reduced mobility this could be an issue.
Negative: The only thing that could be improved is the Wi-Fi access, as it was a bit slow or unreachable at times
Summary: Would stay there again!
