Additionally, each unit will be affected intermittently. During those periods the balconies will be unusable, balcony furniture will be removed and sliding doors will be secured to prevent opening. There will also be workers present on swing stages on the south side (water side) of the building. Balcony furniture will be removed and balcony use may be restricted during certain periods. ***
