Azotea is a great house for a large family or two families in two separate living areas on different floors connected by a central staircase.
Located on the first floor you will find a central living area with a well-appointed kitchen, an eight-piece dining table and a large screen TV in a lounge area where you can kick back and enjoy your favourite film or TV show. Encompassing the living area are the three bedrooms, starting with the master bedroom which is appointed with a queen bed and large en-suite complete with bath tub and shower. The second and third bedrooms house two single beds and then a king single respectively and both of these bedrooms share the family bathroom.
Move up to the second floor to find an almost duplicate area ideal for another part of your group. Another well-equipped kitchen and living area is surrounded by another three bedrooms, only with the master here having a king-sized bed, and again with its own en-suite. The second bedroom on this level has a queen bed with the third bedroom having a king single. Once again these two bedrooms are serviced by a family bathroom.
Both living areas are equipped with reverse cycle air conditioning and also have balcony's where you can sit and relax.
Finally, you can climb the final flight of stairs to access the roof, this properties showpiece. With its fantastic views over Geographe Bay, you can relax with a glass of wine and some lunch or even take a dip in the 5m x 2m rooftop pool.
