As you enter the villa you will immediately notice the large open-plan living/dining room with a cosy living area featuring an L-shaped sofa. There is a flat screen TV, DVD player, wireless internet and a CD player for your entertainment. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and offers a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, hob and blender. The adjacent dining area seats up to 6 guests. Two steps lead down to the ground floor WC. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, all with built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom offers an en-suite shower room with the other two bedrooms sharing access to the family bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower. A balcony upstairs leads out from the master bedroom with a seating area where you can enjoy the panoramic sea views. Outside you will find the private swimming pool and a large garden area surrounded by palm trees. There are plenty of sun loungers and seating for relaxing in the sun.
