Direct PREMIER Atlantic Ocean views from this 3rd floor 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo. Appointed with separate built-in sleeping bunk beds (2) and a sleeper sofa, this property can sleep UP TO 6 people.
Designer decorated and appointed, offering granite countertops, white cabinetry, and stainless appliances in the kitchen; stone-surfaced walk-in shower and updated vanity in the bathroom, stone flooring throughout, smoothed ceilings and wainscoting, Plantation Shutters, and flat screen TV's in the living area and bedroom. Dining area seats 4 with 2 additional seats at the kitchen/bar area.
Sit on your private balcony and enjoy some of Hilton Head Island's best Atlantic Ocean sunrises overlooking the wonderful NEWER complex pool. The pool is heated to 82 degrees year round.
Ocean Dunes is located approximately 1/2 mile from Coligny Plaza, offering Hilton Head Island's BEST beach community dining, shopping, and entertainment. Walk or bike to all that the south end has to offer! Sea Pines Resort is also just a short drive away and can be accessed by buying a daily gate pass.

Summary: The condo is as described. Dialogue with the owner was easy and quick. Can walk or bike to restaurants and a few stores. Safe neighborhood. The best part is watching the sunrise from the balcony. Amazing.
