On the ground floor of the villa you will find a spacious living room with TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, which are connected in an open-space concept. On the same floor there is also a play area where the youngest guests can have fun with PlayStation. The living room opens onto a beautiful terrace with a view of the sea and the island of Rab. On the terrace you will find a charcoal barbecue and a dining table where you can enjoy delicious meals with family and friends with a mesmerising sunset in the background. On the lower ground floor of the villa there is another spacious air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed, TV and sea view. For a completely romantic atmosphere, there is a bathtub in the bedroom.
