Keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!! Also, when leaving the condo you walk into an atrium and not the elements, this is great if staying in the winter months or when it happens to rain!!
Phoenix X is one of the most popular condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in orange beach.
There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than phoenix X. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while your bbqing.
Come relax on the spacious 3rd floor balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master with balcony access! There are 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom.
New living room and bedroom furniture in 12/18.
We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls. Don't forget we are right next door to the Flora-Bama!
Located just steps from the elevators and parking garage! Park on the same floor as the condo!!
We also have another 2br and 1br on this floor should you need more space.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean condo !! We enjoyed our stay and we will be staying at the Phoenix X again! Great location !! The condo did need some attention, but it did not hamper our vacation. The closet door in main bedroom needs to be fixed. I suggest they get a can opener! The beach was fabulous!!!
