Positive: Convenient location. You can walk to basically anything you could need. You can park on the side of the road if you drive. You may need to share with others, but it works. Had basically everything you could need to maintain a house. To cook, clean, shower, etc... you can maintain a comfortable temperature with AC/Heater. Wifi is good. Private with the blinds closed at least! Decent amount of space. Much more than any motel/hotel room. Couch pulls out. Good price for the length of time, and in comparison to the value you'd get from a hotel. I was looking for a place to rent while staying here, and I contacted the owner who allowed me to negotiate an extra night in order to have a roof until I get the keys, much appreciated :)
Negative: Not a huge deal, but the inner door doesn't close well. I mostly solved it with paper towel nudged between to hold shut. The other door is, of course, still closed and locked. Location can be a bit sketchy. Now I'm a compassionate person, I know the people aren't dangerous, just note that there appears to be some sort of charity nearby for various homeless people and addicts. You may see paraphernalia nearby. Like any city. Never experienced anything negative. Just be aware of your surrounding as always. Otherwise, there isn't much to complain about.
