This beautiful one bedroom apartment will seduce you with its perfect location were the oversized terrace is overlooking the gorgeous heated pool. The 730 square feet is very well divided into an open space including the living/dining/kitchen aria , fully renovated with new carpet, furniture and a big one bedroom with a king size bed having direct access to the bathroom and the big walking closet.
You will find 2 flat smart screen TVs , one in the bedroom and one in the living room and a full extensible sleeper sofa for a comfortable accommodation for up to 2 adults and 2 children. Everything you need is included: high speed internet, USA and Canada unlimited calls, linen, pillows and covers, bath towels, iron and iron board, hair dryer, dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and cutlery, pots and pans, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella, etc. You will also find a “in unit” washer and dryer facility.
The apartment is very bright, has good natural light during the day. It is located 5 minutes driving from the famous Clearwater Beach. It is few minutes away (walking) from Publix, Dollar store, Spa and nail and restaurants.

Summary: If I knew that we had to climb 38 steps I wouldn’t have rented this unit. We are in our mid to upper seventies, with luggages very difficult. Locating the unit at night wasn’t easy. I wish the owner would update the pictures posted online and invest on a better futon in the living room. If you asked me I wouldn’t come back sorry to say!
