The living room provides plenty of comfortable seating if you're entertaining guests or simply enjoying your night in.
The Master bedroom includes a king size bed, flat screen Smart TV with cable and plenty of dresser space. The master bathroom with his and her sinks, vanity space, and a spacious walk in shower with separate toilet area. The 2nd bedroom provides a queen size bed with dresser space. The 3rd bedroom provides a queen size murphy bed and a desk with chair.
With entrance through the living room you'll find a spacious screened in lanai that's perfect for entertaining guests with ample outdoor seating with a wall mounted flat screen TV. Lanai also features 2 outdoor ceiling fans to keep you and your guests cool.
This home is only a 5 mile drive on your 2 complimentary 2 person golf carts to the highly desired location of Lake-Sumter Landing and Brownwood Paddock Square. A grill and smoker are provided for guests use.
