This beautiful, grand, recently fully renovated home , is unique inside and out.
Located east of Phoenix, between North Scottsdale and Fountain Hills, it is a bit of a drive but in exchange, you have beautiful mountain views, peaceful surroundings and access to a totally awesome fitness center, heated pool and hot tub via free golf cart.
Drive up to the modern front in Tonto Verde, an adult community located at the base of the mountains east of Phoenix. Walk through oversized doors to an open floor plan with a living room seating area, and a private study on the left.
An amazing panorama greets you as you enter the dining room and open kitchen.
Continue into the large living room with unique couch seating, gas fireplace and TV . Off to the right is a full bathroom and a (King) bedroom. From the kitchen is a 3rd bedroom (Queen) connected to the fourth bedroom (Queen) via a Jack and Jill bathroom. Across the entry and down a small hall is the Master bedroom (King) with the most amazing view onto the back yard. Walk in closet, double sinks, tiled shower and bathtub are en-suite.
If the beauty of the interior of this home is stunning, the outside is prize worthy!
Surrounded by natural AZ vegetation and on the Tonto golf course, the panorama is literally breathtaking. Satillo tile defines the seating and dining area with a wood burning Kiva and propane BBQ. An additional wood burning firepit area is in the middle of the back yard, to enjoy beautiful sunsets and star gazing.
A golf cart is provided free of charge so that you can drive yourself to a luxury HEATED COMMUNITY LAP POOL with seperate HOT TUB, a fantastic TOTALLY REMODELED FITNESS CENTER and the best restaurant around (Tonto Grill). Free WIFI as well.
