It is more than a vacation rental, the equipment is neat and modernization works have been carried out to make it pleasant to live in all seasons (the kitchen has been completely redone, air conditioning in all rooms, double glazing ...).
Its location is ideal for exploring the famous villages of Lubéron, (20 to 30 minutes from Ménerbes, Gordes, Roussillon), like those of the Alpilles (30mn from St Rémy and Baux de Provence), but also the coast because we are 1 hour and 15 minutes away. from the Old Port of Marseille, and Cassis ....
The farmhouse is located 10 minutes from Isle sur la Sorgue, a charming little town still bustling with many restaurants and the famous antique dealers and second-hand dealers, 15 minutes from Fontaine de Vaucluse where you will discover the resurgence of the Sorgue, and for golfers, 15 minutes from Saumane de Vaucluse. You will be in the countryside, and completely calm.
We offer for rent a living area of 250M2: on the ground floor you will benefit from a living room of 46m2, a kitchen of 24m2 + rear kitchen 10m2, a dining room of 37m2; on the 1st floor you will have 4 beautiful bedrooms, each with its own bathroom or shower room with private toilets: bedroom 1 is a 45m2 master bedroom with its adjoining bathroom (2 sinks), bedroom 2 a large bedroom of 28m2, with its bathroom of 7m2, bedroom 3 is a bedroom of 17m2 with its bathroom of 11m2 with 2 basins and bedroom 4 is a bedroom of 15m2 with bathroom of 5m2 and a dressing.
All the beds are 180 wide, formed by 2 beds of 90 and the mattresses are of very good quality. Each room has a TV, the TV in the living room will also allow you to access the Canal + offer.
The farmhouse has a heated swimming pool of 10m * 5m, equipped with an alarm and an equal depth of 1.50m over its entire length.
the pool is surrounded by a large stone terrace which serves the pool house including a summer kitchen with hotplates, a large fridge, a dishwasher, a summer dining room and a shower room and WC; a gas BBQ with plancha is available near the pool house.
The terrace also leads to a seating area where you can enjoy a drink facing the garden.
In front of the house a large table also allows you to take your meals in the shade of the trellis.
The garden has an area of 5800 m2, it is enclosed by walls, and beautifully designed, planted with pines, mulberry trees and fruit trees, and flowered thanks to the many oleanders and roses.
The parking area is at the back of the house, and on the east side of the Mas, there is a space for playing pétanque.
