The Space:
Located approx 18 minutes to the Santa Fe Plaza, Luna Vista sits in a charming and picturesque area surrounded by breathtaking mountains and endless desert views.
Our traditionally designed Pueblo home has modern amenities and all the comforts you might need. You are sure to enjoy the charm and warmth Santa Fe has to offer.
The main house showcases outstanding artistic design, A/C and heat in every room, an easy and open flow throughout the adobe. It also features Smart/Apple TV, numerous panoramic windows with lots of natural light, and all the ambiance northern New Mexico provides.
The layout of the main house: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open kitchen, dining room with seating for 8, living room, sitting room, sunroom, outdoor dining area, and expansive front and back patio areas with a hot tub.
The master bedroom is spacious, bright, and relaxing. It features its own a luxurious king-size bed, attached bathroom, Nespresso machine, and private terrace with picturesque views of the desert and mountains. The guest bedrooms feature one full-size bed, and two twin beds (very convenient for families with kids). Another full bathroom is shared between the two bedrooms.
The living room is a very special spot in our house offering huge panoramic windows with breathtaking views. Like our entire home, the living room is decorated with lovely artwork and details specific to Santa Fe and the unique cultures it represents. There is plenty of space to relax with a comfortable couch, banco, leather armchairs, and a fireplace. The room comfortably holds 10 and is perfect for evenings spent with family and friends.
If you enjoy cooking, our award-winning kitchen is fully stocked and has plenty of counter space for several people to be cooking together. Our kitchen features state of the art appliances and our lighted patio has a propane grill, place settings for up to 12 persons, and all-season entertaining.
Santa Fe’s amazing weather allows for dining inside or outdoors most of the year. Our indoor dining room features a fireplace for warm and cozy evenings, while our outdoor dining area is the perfect spot to enjoy your breakfast and morning coffee.
Our private oasis is set on 5 scenic acres, offering numerous terraced patio areas, flower gardens, and outdoor games and activities. Our firepit with seating for 10 is the perfect place for s’mores, while the gas-firepit on the back patio is a great place to unwind and stargaze at the end of your day. Our hot tub and hammock each provide their own opportunity to relax while taking in the mountain views and clean air. The property offers various places to walk and take in the many different and breathtaking views that surround us. For a more Zen and contemplative experience, enjoy our labyrinth.
Another unique feature at our home is the art studio, which is included in your rental. The studio has a ping-pong table, panoramic views of the mountains, with plenty of covered outdoor seating, including two sun loungers, another outdoor table with seating for four, and additional seating for taking in your favorite bottle of wine, margarita, and a magnificent sunset.

Off our main house is our guest Casita.
Our two homes are 20 yards apart, connected by an enchanting courtyard and gardens. Our casita sleeps an additional 4 people in two bedrooms. Both the main home and the guest casita are included in your rental. The casita features two traditional kiva fireplaces, large picture windows, hardwood and Saltillo floors, stunning exposed beam ceilings, a full bathroom, and a kitchenette. Our Casita will remind you of a luxurious hotel villa embracing the area's raw aesthetic of mountains, deserts, vegetation, and all that is known as the Santa Fe desert vibe.
The layout of the casita: 2 bedrooms, 1-bathroom, open living room, eating area, and kitchenette. The living room is spacious and offers amazing views. It features artistic and unique decor, a comfortable couch with Smart/Apple TV, an eating area for two, and unforgettable mountain views. The kitchenette is stocked with coffee, including a Nespresso machine, microwave, small refrigerator. The master bedroom offers a queen-size Tempur-Pedic adjustable bed, with views of the surrounding forest, while the second bedroom features two twin beds. Both bedrooms and the living room/kitchen area have A/C and heat. The bathroom has a full-size shower and tub with colorful Talavera tile.
