For its strategic location is close to everything 10 minutes from the beaches of Mogro, Liencres, Abra del Pas golf course, Natural Park of Liencres, Geological Park of Costa Quebrada, 10 minutes from the center of Santander and the airport.

The house has three floors with air conditioning, on the first floor is the living room, dining room, professional kitchen, 2 common toilets and laundry, from this floor you can go out to the garden and all the outdoor area overlooking the river. On the second floor is a kitchen that serves the pool area with a very spacious hall and 7 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, of the 7 rooms one of them has 2 bunk beds, in total on this floor can accommodate 16 people. From this floor there is access to the pool, garden and solarium area. On the 3rd floor there are 5 bedrooms each with its own bathroom and one of the rooms with a small living room. Some rooms have views to the river and others to the swimming pool.
The whole environment is a very quiet area where you can enjoy wonderful sunsets ideal for family gatherings or with friends.
