The Forest Hut is a 5th generation vacation family house located on the border of the Veluwe.
The house was built at the beginning of the last century, so it does not have the luxuries of modern times.
However, it does have a unique character as it is a wooden house still decorated in the style of the 1930s.
An ideal place on the edge of a small forest to relax and serve as a base for beautiful walks and bike rides.
The Forest Hut is directly situated by an open part of the forest.
From the house, you can take beautiful walks, and it is practically located on the "PieterPad" hiking trail.
There are also beautiful cycling routes to nearby areas such as the Posbank (approx. 20km), Zutphen (approx. 3km), and Deventer (approx. 15km).
The Forest Hut is easily accessible by car and has 5 parking spaces.
The hut is also easily accessible via the train station "Voorst-Empe," and from there, it is about a 20-minute walk.
