Positive: Location, scenic view, cozy, pet friendly
Negative: The kitchen utensils and cooking pots and pans need upgrading. Only one pot had a lid, there was no cheese grater and no vegetable peeler. The host, although very friendly and gracious, spoke no English or Dutch and was very busy tending to his cows and other Farming activities, so I would then expect at least an information booklet in the the room, explaining topics like how the dishwasher works, where to leave the rubbish, whether to separate recyclables or not and other pertinent and important information. The bed was comfortable but the pillow was as soft as a towel. Another annoyance was being woken up by loud noises early (3 am - 4 am) in the morning from either the farmer leaving or other guests. On checking out, I was surprised by having to pay an additional fee for the family pet we brought with and additional city taxes , over and above what was as advertised to us on Booking.com. As we did not expect this amount, we had to leave and drive to a Cash machine to draw money and drive back. Very annoying.
