Summary: Wonderful stay at Marguerite’s apartment. The location is fantastic, a 3 min walk down to the beach, restaurants, bars. Excellent bakery 5 min walk. Flat easy 5-10 min walk to Cannes harbour/centre. Even though you are so close to everything, it is quiet. Well equipped. Excellent kitchen facilities inc a combi microwave oven, 2 coffee makers, kettle, sandwich toaster, electric hob, fridge freezer, slimline dishwasher, smoke detector, vac and even a small raclette grill! There is also a garment steamer and a good selection of pans and utensils & full range of glasses. There is a TV in the lounge and bedroom both with HDMI & WiFi is good. Balcony is a real bonus and is a beautiful place to sit with partial sea views and a retractable electric canopy. Train track is to the side but the noise never bothered us. Bathroom and toilet are good, my husband is 6” 2 and did find both on the small side but managed fine. Good hair dryer in the bathroom. Bedroom has two single beds that can be pushed together. Beds are quite small and a little on the firm side but are fine. Bedroom also has blackout curtains. Apartment was spotless and welcome package from the host was a nice touch. Host provides plenty of towels, bedding and all cleaning supplies etc. There are lifts which are useful as the apartment is on the 6th floor. private dedicated parking space under apartment block, accessible with a key fob. The space is on floor -3, access is narrow. Pool looked clean/nice. Would stay again!
