The completely renovated/fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, new cabinets and new countertops is a chef dream, beautiful beach theme dining room, cozy coastal living room for family/friends gatherings and spacious balcony with an outside sectional and dinning set to enjoy the most stunning ocean views. Also, two of the bedrooms provide breathtaking views to the Bay and the Gulf State Park. ‘Viva La Mar’ ensures a modern and luxurious living experience.
‘Viva La Mar’ has access to a wealth of resort amenities that enhance your beach vacation. This includes indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, fitness center, tennis courts, basketball hoops, hot tub, community grill area with picnic tables and a boardwalk that leads to the white sand beach. Beach service is also available for rent during the season, so be sure to get there early to reserve your spot on the sand! As well, you can also book your beach activities whether you’re looking for parasailing tours, kayak rentals, or fishing charters. The opportunities for fun are endless!

CLEAN BED PROMISE:
We promise that ALL bedding will be cleaned and sanitized every stay every room. We provide our guest with a piece of mind that every sheet, pillow case, bedspread and shams are freshly cleaned for each booking. We pride ourselves with being the best service on the beach.
PARKING:
The HOA allows ONLY 2 vehicles per condo in the parking lot of the complex. Parking passes must be purchased on-site for $50 per vehicle through the Security Guard at Pelican Pointe. It is a one-time fee that is valid through your entire stay up to a max of 30 days bookings. Upon entering the front gate at Pelican Pointe, use a specific gate code which will be given to you on arrival day. You can park anywhere in an open parking spot but must keep your parking pass on your dashboard throughout your stay to avoid being towed.
