Positive: The staff have been excellent. Room made up everyday to a great standard. Love housekeeping.
Negative: Hotel is shabby, appears no attention to detail taken outside of the rooms. Daily coach load of travellers, told on two evenings restaurant off limits due to coach buffets. Lots of missing light and flashing bulbs, carpets coming up, broken trolleys in hallway, rubbish dumped in plain view, been there for 4 days stay.
