Large bathroom with bath and shower, separate wc. Electric underfloor heating, wifi. Heating in supplement of 10€ per day. Enclosed grounds of approximately 5000m², closed garage, covered shelter, private swimming pool (8x4) with pool house. Compound shape swimming pool, maximum height 1.80m, minimum 1.20m + Roman stairs.
