* 2 heated swimming pools
* A park of approximately 1 hectare in which you can play various games (football, badminton, volleyball, bowling)
* A barn converted into a reception room and games room where you will find a ping-pong table (rackets and balls provided free of charge), table football, billiards and darts)
The "Célé' gîte is an old 19th century barn, completely renovated and air-conditioned, on one level comprising 1 living room, 3 bedrooms, 3 shower rooms and 3 toilets:
* The living room of 25 m2, in which there is:
– A fully equipped kitchen (1 large refrigerator with freezer compartment, 1 gas stove, 1 microwave, 1 dishwasher, 1 washing machine, 1 dryer, 1 espresso coffee maker, 1 toaster, 1 kettle, crockery and cooking utensils kitchen for 7 people;
Tea towels and basic household products are provided at no extra charge as well as certain basic condiments (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar);
- A dining room ;
– A living room (1 corner sofa, 1 television);
All decorated with a fireplace with insert.
* The rooms :
Two master suites each equipped with a bathroom with toilet including:
2 beds of 90 x 200 which can be transformed into a large double bed of 180 x 200, according to your convenience.
A triple room equipped with a bathroom with toilet including:
2 beds of 90 x 200 which can be transformed into a large double bed of 180 x 200, according to your convenience + 1 bed of 90 x 200
Bed and bathroom linen are provided at no extra charge.
You will also benefit from a private outdoor space including a terrace with garden furniture and 2 barbecues (gas and wood).
The outdoor space to share with the other gîte "Le lot" includes:
* Free parking.
* The 2 heated swimming pools (oval swimming pool 4.00m x 3.50m x 1.40m deep and Bogota swimming pool 9.35m x 5.20m x 1.45m deep)
* The park of approximately 1 hectare in which you can play various games (football, badminton, volleyball, bowling)
* The barn converted into a reception room and games room where you will find a ping-pong table (rackets and balls provided free of charge), table football, billiards and darts).
Maintenance of the garden and swimming pools is provided free of charge by the owner.
Your stay must be at least 2 nights outside the summer and Christmas school holidays and 7 nights during the summer and Christmas school holidays.
