Old magnanery of the 18th century restored in the center of the small hamlet of Chabanne, near Chirols, Vals Les Bains, Antraigues and Aubenas.
This stone house combines a traditional character and a contemporary aspect in its restoration: old chestnut beams, stone windows, antique furniture but also polished concrete floor, metal staircase, aluminum frames.
The cottage of 70 m2 can accommodate up to 5 people and consists of 2 bedrooms, one with double bed (140cm) and the other with twin beds (90 cm).
A walk-in shower and a lava stone sink have been laid out on the main floor, accessible from both bedrooms.
It includes a pleasant stay with a high ceiling, particularly bright thanks to thewide bay window overlooking the terrace. It is equipped with a kitchenette and a living room with flat screen TV. Finally, the kitchen, open to the living room, has all the necessary for meals: oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink and dishes.
An iron staircase gives access to the footbridge with relaxation area (bed 90cm) and the private terrace of 40 m2 without any opposite and an exceptional view of the surrounding valleys. From there you can see the 3 valleys and mountains of Tanargue. The outside is equipped with a table, lounge chair, electric barbecue, and an old stone sink.
The cottage is close to rivers: the Ardèche, Fontaulière, La Bourge with very nice spots for swimming or even fishing.
