This 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house on 2 acres is fully equipped for hosting friends and family with a full kitchen, outdoor fire pit, private heated pool, grill, laundry, outdoor games, plenty of parking, and trails for exploring. We are less than 5 minutes from dozens of restaurants, wineries, breweries, distilleries, and entertainment.

UBER & Lyft are great options but you'll want to schedule rides in advance on the app. If you have a larger group (several car fulls) it is best to schedule transportation with a party bus service. Contact me for more details!
Other things to note:
-Heated Pool is an additional $300 and we need 3 days notice in advance in order to heat pool. Temperature gets to mid 70's in the winter and mid-high 80's in the Spring. Hot tub is no extra charge.
-There is another property on site but there are no shared space or shared amenities with the other unit. Each unit has its own pool so there is no sharing of the pool when you book this unit. Just you and your group :)
-The driveway is shared with the neighboring unit but there is plenty of space for you to have up to 5 cars.
-City of Austin Noise Ordinance in effect after 10PM.
