The ancient and private building (recently completely renovated) is STRATEGICALLY situated just a few steps far away the "Roman Forum" and "Colosseum" park/museum. This property is located quite INSIDE the very Heart of the 'Old' Historical Centre ('Monti' district / "Rione #1") .
In the same street, there is also a SUBWAY/METRO stop. It could be also useful to reach the FCO airport.
The neighbourhood is charming and truly characteristic; the narrow streets (typical of Old Historical centre) are filled with local shops, groceries, bakeries, artesans, wine bars and lots of restaurants. Perfect if you want to feel like you live there !
Then, "as a starter", before the arrival, I will send my personal list of suggestions for local restaurants, food markets, coffees, bars and more.
The whole building (private) consists of #4 studio-apartments only, all decorated and furnished with impeccable taste and charm and all equipped with all comforts. Wood ceilings, "full wood" made furnitures (custom hand made), flat TV, double glass windows, refined pictures and "cotto" or "parquet" flooring complete the interior design.
The private building, upon restoring, was parted into #4 independent open space studio-apartments. Each studio-apartment is now provided with ensuite bathroom and well equipped kitchen corner, A/C (new ecofriendly inverter machines) and flat TV.
COMFORTS: private Terrace (equipped with table/chairs, recliner arm chair, sun unbrella, gas BBQ with additional side burner), wood ceilings, wood parquet flooring, independent heating /AC, hair dryer, flat Tv, Satellite, orthopedic mattress, well equipped kitchen corner, linens & towels, double glass windows and refined pictures (hand made/original) complete the interior design.
Laundry facilities are located a few steps far away the property.
Rentals longer than 30 days, by the italian Law, must be formally registered within #30 days since the rental starts. This formal lease document will be earlier provided to the tenant and has to be agreed and signed before key's collection.
Specifically, the total rental amount is also inclusive of:

■ WIFI
■ A basic "welcome pack" (I hope this could be useful on your arrival day) that includes hand & shower-bath soap, toilet paper, dish soap.
