Positive: We liked that the place was spacious and very affordable. The owner kindly allowed us to check in early. The caretaker was also proactive in contacting us before and upon our arrival, and was sweet enough to take our group photos at the property. There was also a videoke onsite, but because we were away most of the time, we were not able to use it.
Negative: The only downside is the property is located in a subdivision off the main road away from the beach. So you would have to avail of a day tour at one of the beachside resorts to be able to access the beach.
