There is brand-new carpeting throughout, a ceiling fan, lovely granite countertops, and a new eat-in kitchen table and chairs. The well-stocked kitchen includes a new microwave, a new stove, a NEW refrigerator, and a wok for the chef in your family. Throughout the home, new lighting fixtures have been installed offering a bright and cheery atmosphere, lovely updated comforters, and newly updated whimsical decor that will add to your vacation enjoyment. It has a spacious living room and a separate dining area in the enclosed sun porch where you can enjoy family meals together while overlooking the backyard. Being only two houses from the beach makes this the perfect location to lay out, enjoying the sand and surf all day. If you're looking for more to do, take the short drive into the exciting resort area where you will find multiple restaurants, shopping, live entertainment, and so much more! While there, why not explore Virginia Beach's famous 3-mile-long boardwalk?
