Upstairs you will find a home that just wraps its arms around you to welcome you to the serene setting. Whether a big group or solo. All three bedrooms are spacious with walk in closets, kitchen is ready for cooking for your family, living area is spacious with fireplace, 2 full baths upstairs in main house, this property is located in a private community, no LOUD parties allowed, this house is on well water, bottled and gallons supplied for drinking and cooking

Summary: The house was amazing and worked out perfectly for my son and I, as it is very close to the Atchafalaya Basin Bridge boat launch. There is also a launch very close to access the Atchafalaya River and keep your boat at the dock on the property. All of the amenities were top notch and in perfect condition. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit the area.
