This is a direct oceanfront penthouse unit (17th floor) that overlooks the beach in Atalaya Towers. Magnificent view! New carpet Dec 2013. New Kitchen 2015. Relax on the oceanfront balcony or just read a good book and enjoy the view. The balcony overlooks the ocean, sliding doors from the living room and master bedroom. A great place to enjoy a sunrise or sunset. This Atalaya Towers unit #1705 includes three bedrooms, two full baths, living/dining room combination, electric kitchen with dishwasher, frost-free refrigerator with ice maker, full size washer and dryer, central heat and air. Landscaped grounds include outdoor pool. Atalaya also has an indoor pool, and an indoor hot tub. Two parking spaces per unit and two elevators. Master bedroom has one king bed, second bedroom has a queen bed and a daybed, third bedroom has a bunk bed, twin over full. A full size sofa bed is also available. All bedrooms have cable via flat screen televisions with connections for game systems if desired. There is a 32" Flat Screen and a DVD player in the Living Room. THIS IS A SMOKE FREE UNIT. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. Family groups only. $200 SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED IN ADDITION TO THE RENT AND SALES TAXES.
