The holiday house at the village well is located in the old center of the small winegrowing town Bobenheim am Berg in the immediate vicinity of the German Wine Route and on the edge of the Palatinate Forest. In two minutes you are either in the vineyards or in the woods. The house was built in the 90's and rented since 2017 as a holiday home. It is available for the exclusive use of guests. It is located directly opposite the village square with a fountain and the Protestant church, next door a chocolaterie, in the immediate vicinity is the village bakery. The house has a living area of 100 sqm. On the ground floor is the entrance hall with guest toilet and a bedroom, a staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a kitchenette with dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob and oven. The bright dining area for up to 8 people is located in a bay window. It adjoins a large living room with wooden floorboards (sofa bed for possibly 7. and 8. Person). The living room is separated from the kitchen area / dinette by a glass door. Upstairs is a high quality marble bathroom with bath, washbasin, WC. In the attic are two bedrooms: a large bedroom with double bed and a smaller bedroom with 2 single beds. Here is also a shower / WC, also with marble. In the hallway is still a small junior bed for children up to 6 years (no cot). A travel cot for smaller children still has plenty of space here or in the large bedroom. Since the house extends over 3 floors, it is not barrier-free. Although the house does not have a garden, but in front of the house is a sunny sitting area with 2 chairs and across from the village square or at the village baking house benches to stay outdoors. You can park your car on the designated parking spaces in front of the house or on Bobenheim's free parking. The landlord lives on site, about 300 meters away.
