The Blue Tulips, spacious bungalow (with an additional storey)newly & fully renovated from new mattresses to new utensils, sits snuggly in the vicinity a number of places of business and leisure:
* 8' to Square One shopping centre for your shopping, movie, dinning out sprees

* 20' to Pearson International airport
* 25'-30' to Rogers centre
* 60' to Niagara Falls
* Parks , trails, lakes and bike routes... we'll share with you more
The space
All we can tell you is "NEW" , we decided to get full set of high quality furniture for living room, dinning area, kitchen and bedrooms

* Room 3: Orthopaedic support mattress
We ensure you the hygiene and quality for all bed-sets we use for your stay.
You're welcomed with a lovely front yard, then stepping into a main entrance where you will see a modern living room, dining room and a kitchen at the back . If you love gardening, you will enjoy tea time at the backyard ( we have organic tea ready for you too ^_^ ), where many kinds of birds try to tell you their stories ( so sorry we haven't found a dictionary to translate their language !!! - If you have one, please share with us ) ; Then for your relaxing time, the upper stairs will lead you to your comfortable bedroom - with great quality mattress and fresh - clean bed set - we wish you sleep like a baby

Beside your own bedroom, you will have more space to enjoy your stay such as: Living room, dining room, kitchen, the front yard and back yard garden. ( we are growing vegetables at the back yard, happily to share with you these fresh homegrown leafy green once they can be harvested :) )

The house is a bungalow sitting on 2400 square feet, this bungalow was allowed to add in an upper storey - At the first look from the front you may feel it is like two storey house, but it is a bungalow variation to separate bedroom area with the other activity areas, allow more space as well.
My son is living in basement to study at UoT Mississauga campus.
We have separate entrance, he won't come across your private zone.
He has a a sweet needy Pomsky dog and bossy British shorthair cat . The 3 won’t separate

Summary: It was very frustrating to get in touch with the property manager on a few occasions. I would call/text her cell phone and it would take 2-3 days to hear back from her. My mother would intervene and contact her through the ap. The dish washer was broke down and we had to clean up the mess on 2 different occasion of water all over the floor...it was replaced 4 days after the flood. She did supply paper plated and cups upon request. Coffee maker did not work properly either. It would take over 10 minutes to brew one cup...and then wouldn't work. We ended up getting take out it was so frustrating, and also very expensive. The house was not very clean in my opinion...For what you charge I would expect more. I was hoping that we would be able to book this again for next year...but it was very disappointing. On the arrival day the 'tenant' who is the property managers son, monopolized the chairs outside in the gazebo area with he and his 3 friends. We asked if there were more chairs, he no. It was the only day we could actually sit together out doors before we began the CNE the following day. He also had a cat and dog that were in the back yard the majority of the day. It was hot some days and he was not on the property. My family is not afraid of animals, but I am surprised they were in the common space for long periods of time every day though. We also gave water to the dog that should have never been left outside on a very hot day. Dougal
