The fenced garden is shared with the other flat in the house. The whole house is made up of two flats "A Casa di Lucy" the larger one and another smaller one "La Dèpendance" which can accommodate other people, or there can be the possibility of having the whole house exclusively at a higher price of course. Both flats have independent entrances with private porches equipped for barbeques, outdoor dining with chairs and deckchairs for relaxing in the sun. Second floor attic is accessed by spiral staircase. Wooden floor and ceiling with exposed beams.

The surroundings of Rimini are all to be discovered and easily reached from your location as well as the Theme Parks and the beach on the Rimini waterfront.
