"At Ease" Beach Condo | House in St. Simons Island

Summary:
Relax and play at our townhouse, “At Ease,” less than one mile to East Beach!! Spend your days at the beach and come back and make a splash at the complex's large pool. This place is located in the heart of St Simons Island close to all the amazing restaurants and shops!
The Space:
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! The townhome is an ideal spot for being close to all St Simons has to offer! With less than a mile to East Beach and a 5 minute drive to the Pier you are in the heart of it all. Rent a golf cart and cruise Ocean Blvd or get some bikes and ride the more than 20 miles of paved bike paths the island has to offer.
The first floor contains the kitchen, living room, half bath and access to our outdoor patio. Our kitchen is fully equipped but please note our 21 inch stove. It’s fully operational but wouldn't be able to accommodate a turkey dinner. The living room has space for everyone and our 70 inch TV with cable allows for some relaxing. The back patio has seating, a propane Weber grill and contains all of our beach goodies, including a beach cart, chairs, and toys. We also provide beach towels.
The second floor contains two bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub. Bedroom one has a king sized mattress, black out curtains and a large walk in closet. There you will find an electric plug in fan, a pack n play, stroller and a baby gate. Bedroom two has two queen mattresses to give everyone space to stretch out. It also has black out curtains and a large walk in closet. Both bedrooms have TVs. There is an ironing board , iron, and hangers in the closet if you might need them.
Other things to note
Parking: ONE parking space is dedicated to our unit. While guest parking is available, it is not guaranteed and can be tricky during the busy summer season.
Laundry: Washer and Dryers are available for use in the community building directly in front of our pool. They are coin operated.
Pool: Our complex pool opens May 1st until September, and is a great way to cool off.
Children: Children are welcome, we even have kid friendly plates and silverware to make it easy. As well as a pack n play, stroller, and some baby books and toys inside the living room console table. But please note our TV downstairs is NOT secured to the wall, our outlets do not have plugs and we have cleaning supplies under the kitchen and bathroom sinks.
Pets: We love your pets. But they are not allowed. Thank you for understanding.
