Summary: Our check-in experience was bad from the start. We were told to meet at a dental office, but no one there had any knowledge of our booking. After waiting for an hour, someone finally arrived and meet us in front of that dental office and directed us to a different location where the apartment was situated. Upon arrival, we found the apartment cluttered with cleaning supplies—there was a vacuum left in the middle of the living room, and the overall cleanliness was disappointing. On our last day, we informed the host we'd be leaving at 9 AM, but they insisted we return the keys by 8 AM, claiming it was the only set available. Despite explaining we were on a business trip with a tight schedule, they reluctantly agreed to 9 AM but never showed up. We ended up leaving the apartment unlocked with the keys inside. Overall, it was a poor experience, and I wouldn’t recommend booking this apartment.
