Positive: The room was clean and comfortable and all amenities like the shower were working fabulously. Breakfast was decent - not mindblowing but pretty good
Negative: I selected the option for breakfast to be paid at the hotel for something around Rp. 57,000. The staff were adamant that breakfast costed Rp. 88,000 to be paid at the restaurant directly. I showed them my booking.com invoice, and they doubled down to insist that the price reflected on the booking.com platform is inaccurate and that I have to pay the full price... I gave up arguing with them because that was utter nonsense. There was also a chemical smell in one of our rooms. Neighbourhood dogs barking late at night and early in the morning.
