Bright and open split floor plan, great room with vaulted ceilings. Master bedroom with queen size bed and large closet includes french doors to the screened in lanai and pool overlooking the lake. En suite bath includes large walk in shower, claw foot tub, washer and dryer. Second bedroom with queen bed also has french doors that view the lanai and pool. Third bedroom with twin beds has french doors that open to the living, dining, kitchen area. Furnishings include linens, towels and fully equiped kitchen. Pool can be heated. Gas grill is provided on lanai. Cable and internet are included. Canoe, bicycles, beach chairs and boogie boards are available if desired. Tennis courts are <1 mi beach, shopping, mall, theater are <5 mi. Pool and lawn service is provided weekly at an agreed upon time.
