Summary: Overall the location is excellent. The garage setup is cool because you can unload at floor level without having to use the elevator. The unit we stayed in was not well kept up. The floors were filthy with dirt and some were cracking. The AC was average and it even has a sign that says “works best at 74”. Mold and cracks in the shower from extremely old caulk. This was the first property we didn’t have a fully automated check in in a long time. The management office is close by so it’s not terribly inconvenient. The lock on the door jammed sometimes and we would have to jiggle it and re enter the code to get it to work. We won’t go back to this unit but would definitely consider a unit in the building that was better maintained.
