Go hiking, sit outside or just escape the city and still slow the spread. **** AS SEEN ON TV*** https://www.homeaway.com/vrp/episode09 Look at my other property listing #1513061 This is a 2675 sq ft unique and character rich cabin in the mountains just outside of Flagstaff. It has recently been remodeled from bare bones out and decorated in a contemporary rustic style with all the modern amenities. My family and I stay here often, so the cabin is equipped much the same as your own home. Full cabinet of seasonings, the fridge even has condiments. Kitchen has a gas stove, all pots, pans, crockpot and cooking/bakeware you could need. 2.5 Bathrooms with full linens, shampoo/conditioner and soap. Central a/c just installed on the main floor! The downstairs stays cool regardless of outdoor temps. New media room with a comfy fold out couch (Queen) and 5” memory foam to put on top, so that it's actually ok to sleep on. The media room has it's own TV and dvd player, it's a pass thru bedroom, doors on each side that open to mud room and game room, so although private when sleeping, if there are kids, they will likely be up and playing right next to the room. Game room to play pool and a pub table. Newly decorated, one wall with Chalk paint, so kids can draw and color Kids play area (I call it a birdsnest) that acts as an indoor tree house. It comes with a tee pee, board games and lots of fluffy pillows. The paint looks like you're sitting in the middle of the mountains. (hanging seats removed due to the repeat damage on the walls from kids swinging into and kicking off of the walls, so sad) Wifi thru-out. 50" TV upstairs, 43" TVs in media room downstairs and in master bedroom downstairs with Netflix, Amazon, HBO, and Hulu. DVD player if you want to make it a Redbox night. No need for video games, you didn't come to the mountains to stay inside! There's a cabinet full of board and card games for kids and adults alike The house sits on a very large lot with plenty of room to explore, see animals and make your own fort. In the wintertime, no need to drive to a sledding hill as there's one right outside. New wrap around deck with hot tub and gas table for outdoor nights. However, it is still in a neighborhood, with cabins all around. 5 miles south of Flagstaff, close enough for a night out, far enough away to hear the quiet. You can be on the mountain at Snowbowl in less than 30 minutes for winter and summer activities. Ft Tuthill is only 2 mi away and has winter sledding, hiking, biking and that cool obstacle course in the trees. Bearizona is 30 minutes away in Williams and the Grand Canyon is 1.5 hours.
