All new high-end furnishings, decorated by an interior designer. With 7 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, full kitchen, 2 living rooms, 2 full-length porches, and a 2nd floor loft between the 3 levels of the home, everyone will be able to spread and find that special place to call their own, while being able to sleep up to 14 family members and guests comfortably. Direct beach access down the boardwalk from the house goes straight into the sand. Beach has been newly re-nourished in front of this home, so there is plenty of sand at all times for building sand castles and taking long walks looking for shells. The open layout will have a variety of seating areas for everyone to relax with oceanfront views that can be seen from all common rooms in the home and the master bedroom. The large windows and skylights flood in lots of the Folly sunshine. Full-length decks on the front and the back of the home are perfect for lounging in the sun, watching dolphins and surfers, and listening to the ocean surf while sipping on cold iced tea. Head down to the beach via your direct boardwalk from the ocean side deck. Take in the views while playing games or having breakfast in the sunroom area, complete with kitchenette. Sitting area flows from the sunroom, living room, to the dining area as one open layout with new hard wood floors throughout. Relax and watch TV on the large sectional couch or read a good book. Two 8-person dining tables allow everyone to gather for large family meals. Peek through window to the kitchen allows you to always be in the conversation and watch over little ones, as well as serving as a buffet area if needed. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and serve your group. All stainless steel appliances and clean, white cabinets give the kitchen a light, beachy feel. Double oven makes baking for your entire group a breeze. King master bedroom has an oceanfront sitting area with 2 comfy arm chairs by the sliding door porch access, and large en suite, full bathroom with double vanity located on this main level. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 are found on the street side of the home, also on the main floor. Bedroom 2 has 2 full beds. Bedroom 3 has 1 king bed and shares the jack-n-jill bathroom, inclusive of double vanity, with the living room area. Head downstairs to the ground level of the home to the 2nd living room area, full hall bathroom, 4 more bedrooms, and brand new carpet. Watch your favorite TV show or the game in the living area. Bedroom 4 has 1 queen bed, Bedroom 5 has 1 queen bed, Bedroom 6 has a set of bunk beds (2 twins), and Bedroom 7 has a King bed. Both full bathrooms off the common area are shared. Go out to the beach using the door that leads out to the ground level patio and stairs up to the beach boardwalk. Back door leads to the driveway and parking. Stairs leading up from the sunroom to the loft/game room on the 3rd level of the home is perfect for the kids with a twin daybed with twin trundle pull out. Lounging on the couch to play on the gaming system and watching TV will keep anyone staying in this room occupied in the evenings. Enjoy the large oceanfront window views of the Atlantic during the day for a peaceful spot away from the bustle of the main level. Laundry room is located on the main level of the home, complete with washing machine & dryer. Shower the sand off after a long, fun day on the beach using the outdoor shower. Grill dinner on the gas grill - propane provided for easy cooking on the first night. Parking in driveway for up to 4 vehicles. Additional vehicles will need to find street side parking, which is first-come, first-serve where available and free as long as you follow the City of Folly Beach parking guidelines. The unique, downtown area of Folly Beach is about 1 mile away to all beach shops, seasonal markets on select days of the week, live music, Folly Beach Pier for a stroll or fishing, and try one of our many local restaurants. Restaurants here offer everything from low country seafood to pizza to oceanfront, higher end dining. Downtown Charleston is also only a 20-25 minute drive, which offers world-class dining, historical tours, museums, boutiques, harbor walks along the water, the aquarium, and much more for added entertainment. Amenities include WiFi, cable TV, washer, dryer, fully stocked kitchen with modern, stainless steel appliances, central heat and air conditioning, 24-hour emergency on-call staff.
