BEDROOMS:
Upstairs, the primary suite has a queen bed, big closet and an attached master bathroom with tub/shower combo. The other 2 thoughtfully designed bedrooms both have a queen bed and large closets. The additional upstairs bath has a tub/shower combo as well as plenty of storage space.
BATHROOM:
For added convenience, the bathrooms are well-stocked with shampoo, soaps, body wash and fresh towels. Makeup remover wipes and dark towels located in each bathroom. Please use these for removing makeup, thank you.
OUTSIDE SPACE:
Step outside and explore an outdoor retreat, featuring a covered deck with dining table, fire pit, 4 large Adirondack chairs, and BBQ grill. Your pups will love the big open fenced yard, providing a safe and fun space for them to play and run around to their heart's content.
PETS ALLOWED:
Max 2 dogs allowed per stay. $40 pet fee. Must be housebroken. No cats or other animals allowed. Please keep dogs off furniture- There will be an extra fee if there is damage to furniture from pets. Clean up all pet waste.
NO EVENTS:
No parties or events. You will be subject to a fine and legal recourse if there are noise complaints or the premise is found to have had a party and excessively trashed with broken/missing amenities and/or furniture.
*NO SMOKING in the house. You will be fined if our cleaning team finds evidence of smoke in the house.
*Fireplace in the basement does not work. Please DO NOT USE. No exceptions.
*You must be over 25yrs of age to book this property.
Guest access
You have access to the entire home and backyard except housekeeping closet. Feel free to use the garage for your vehicles. You have the entire backyard for your group and dogs to enjoy.
