Double futon innerspring mattress, goose feather comforter, mood lighting & soft carpeting in the bedroom.
Fully functional kitchen: generous under counter lighting, granite workspace and backsplash, toaster oven, air fryer, microwave, double burner stovetop, coffee-maker, dorm size 'fridge, food chopper and lots of other kitchen basics. Morning set-up provided with coffee, sugar and a variety of teas.
(No people food for our dogs please, there is a jar of doggie (and Kitty) snacks in the pantry!)

Parking is just inside the gated yard to your immediate left. You will be assigned a space from the 3 available.
Enjoy your own private fenced yard at the ArtV and wander the grounds of the main residence to visit the greenhouse, gardens, graffiti wall for your self expression, walking trail, Art Wall, and porch swing.
