This lovely Victorian family terraced house, approximately only a 10 minute walk from the beach, cliff tops, town centre and holiday amenities is in an ideal location for exploring the town and beyond. The children's recreational field, bowling and cricket ground are also only a minute's walk. The writer H G Wells is believed to have had a secret holiday home a few doors away! It is within easy reach of Old Hunstanton walking along the beach, and by car to Sandringham, Heacham, Kings Lynn, and protected wild life areas, Bird Reserves and beaches of North West Norfolk plus National Trust Properties.
This spacious and comfortable property has had a few refurbishments keeping original features, and is mostly fully carpeted throughout with gas central heating. Offering light and airy accommodation the property comprises;
Ground floor: Entrance into hall; Lounge with open fireplace (fuel available locally) Freeview TV/DVD and archway to single daybed and children's play area with a collection of games. Small cloakroom with WC and washbasin. Kitchen/diner with electric double oven/grill/hob. Door to rear patio garden.
First floor: Staircase from hall to first floor landing: Bathroom with bath (shower over), bidet, washbasin and WC. 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with a double. Space in double for the cot. Bedroom 2 has twins (2' 6"can zip to 5' double – please confirm which is needed upon booking), Bedroom 3 has bunks. Travel Cot and Highchair.
Garden: The rear has an enclosed patio garden with garden furniture, BBQ (Please note to supply your own charcoal) . Shed with children's bucket, spade, fishing net, crabbing line, water board. ( all used at your own risk)
Parking: Unrestricted street parking.
Pets charged at £30 per week. ( max 2 medium size) A refundable £100 breakage deposit. £25 booking fee.

24 August 2019 Gordon -Smith family. Our 3rd time satying at Artist HOuse and enjoyable as ever. The grandchildren really apprecitaed the wii games and being able to sit outside for meals. They still love playing on the beach at Old Hunstanton --just as I did when I was their age !
16 August 2019 Barnes Family This is our 2nd stay here and hopefully there will be a thrid and the whole family loves the house and enclosed garden is a bonus with a lively six year old that likes to be outside, needs that safe outlet. We like looking at the orginal features and trying to piece the history of the house together. We love the way old and new meet here and it doesnt clash, it works really well. The new bath is heavan and the new shower too. Had a lovely week , even with the wind and rain. Had a fantastic time and cant wait till nxct year.

Hunstanton has everything for everyone in the family. Sandy beach, sea, rock pools, guided tours on the wash monster, sailing, kite surfing and water skiing. On the sea front there are many stalls selling ice creams, food and sweets. There are amusement arcades, fun fair, bowling alley, adventure golf, paint your own pots, Sea Life Sanctuary and a sports and leisure centre.
Take a walk along the promenade, which will take you to either Old Hunstanton, via the beach passing by the striped red and white cliffs. Or the other direction staying on the promenade to Heacham. Walk around the Sensory park or the Esplanade gardens that provide a colourful display of flowers in the summer months. The Norfolk Coast Path takes you 34 miles to Cromer from the North promenade. Heritage, Horticultural or Wolf trails are available from the Tourist Information Centre.
Relax on the green, and enjoy the summer entertainment on the band stand on a Sunday afternoon, book a seat at the theatre for a show, play a round of golf, or take a leisurely ride on the Coastliner bus to visit the coastline. Visit the Heritage Centre or The Coal shed gallery. Various festivals throughout the year include the Lifestyle Festival, Carnival, and Kite Festival.
