The Neighborhood:
Rostrevor is a quilt suburb of Adelaide.
It is located about 10 kilometres northeast of the Adelaide city centre. Rostrevor has a creek running through the middle of it, called Fourth Creek, which runs into the River Torrens.

【Transportation to Adelaide CBD】 only takes you 20 mins driving distance via Penfold Rd and Kensington Rd.

【Message from the owner】
Below are some guidelines for you to be mindful of when you reside in this property.
1 - I work from home and require a relatively quiet space. The neighbourhood is a quiet suburb as well. We urge you to be as noise free as possible. This means quiet conversations, no loud music, TV or parties. Please discuss and take permission before inviting additional guests over.
2 - I need free access to the driveway. One more car can fit in the park but if you have more cars, they would need to be parked roadside. Plenty of parking.
3 - The payment includes electricity, water and internet for TV - however, pls be mindful of the resources you use and turn things off when you are not using them or leaving the house
4 - Only Netflix and Youtube are allowed for guests on the TV. Any other apps usage will be charged
5 - The home is decorated with original artwork by me. Please do not touch the artwork. Any damages will be charged to the cost of the artwork (upto $2500) If you'd like to purchase, happy to discuss.
6 - Charges will apply to any other items being damaged
7 - Fresh linen/towels will be provided. Please only use what you need and help avoid unnecessary wastage and be environment friendly.
8 - There's no washing machine onsite. There's a laundromat on the main road. (Note - I have not used them, just providing info)
9 - You will be provided with remote controls for shutters and the main gate, as well as keys for the front door. Please shut the driveway gates only if you arrive or leave after 7PM, don't need to be shut during daytime. Shutters also need to be only shut at night and if you leave the premises after dark. No need to shut the shutters during the day.
10 - A bar size fridge has been provided for essential food/drink storage
11 - Clean the bins provided and dump rubbish in the correct bins provided in the driveway upon checkout. Green for kitchen waste, Blue for non-recyclable and non-green waste and Yellow for recyclable waste (e.g. egg , milk cartons etc.)
12 - Cooking utensils and some basic supplies for short stays are provided in the kitchen. You will need to arrange for your own groceries and food.
13 - Upon checkout, ensure the kitchen is tidied and all utensils washed, dried and put away. Pls ensure the house is left in a reasonably clean condition.
At last, this is part of my home extended with love to my guests. Please treat the home and surroundings with respect.
14. After making a reservation, you might be requested to provide identification. This important measure is in place to maintain a secure environment and ensure that all guests meet our age verification requirements. As part of our policy, we cannot rent our rooms to individuals below a certain age or to someone using a different name
